Job Summary

A company is looking for an FMLA Customer Support Expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and adjust FMLA, state, and company leaves in accordance with guidelines and policies
  • Communicate with HR to identify needs and educate on leave concepts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely responses to clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
