Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Case Manager with FMLA experience for a 24-month term, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and guidance on leave processes, managing eligibility and documentation for leave requests
- Ensure employees and leaders are informed about their responsibilities and required documentation for leave
- Maintain accurate records of leave requests and facilitate the return-to-work process for employees
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of FMLA processing experience
- 2+ years of case management experience
- 2+ years of Workday experience, including Help and LOA modules
- Bachelor's degree required
- Able to work core business hours in the Central Time Zone
