Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the FMLA Leave Claims Specialist will evaluate Paid Family & Medical Leave claims, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate claims and make independent recommendations based on thorough analysis and information gathering
• Document decision-making processes and maintain professional relationships with claimants and partners
• Determine financial liability and manage claims processing while adhering to federal and state laws

Required qualifications

• Understanding of complex insurance provisions and regulations
• Ability to analyze vocational and medical information for claims decisions
• Experience managing tasks efficiently across multiple systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and organizational skills
• Access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
