Job Summary
A company is looking for a FML Leave Manager responsible for managing Leave of Absence programs and individual FML cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer claims for Leave of Absence programs while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Serve as a communication link between employees, client companies, and healthcare providers regarding FMLA programs
- Maintain case oversight, identify trends, and manage intermittent occurrences related to leave management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in group disability or absence management
- Knowledge of governing regulations and medical terminology
- Previous case management or customer service experience preferred
- FMLA and Group Disability claim experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
