Job Summary

A company is looking for a FML Leave Manager responsible for managing Leave of Absence programs and individual FML cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer claims for Leave of Absence programs while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Serve as a communication link between employees, client companies, and healthcare providers regarding FMLA programs
  • Maintain case oversight, identify trends, and manage intermittent occurrences related to leave management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in group disability or absence management
  • Knowledge of governing regulations and medical terminology
  • Previous case management or customer service experience preferred
  • FMLA and Group Disability claim experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
