Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to administer FMLA policies and manage leave requests remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist associates with Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and guide them through the process
- Process LOA paperwork and ensure compliance with established procedures and laws
- Administer FMLA policy, review documentation, and make recommendations on requests
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or related field experience
- Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
- Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
