Job Summary

A company is looking for an FMLA Customer Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and adjust FMLA, State, ADA, and company leaves in compliance with guidelines
  • Handle high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leaves in the database
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Degree or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience required
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration a plus
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
