Job Summary
A company is looking for an FMLA Customer Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and adjust FMLA, State, ADA, and company leaves in compliance with guidelines
- Handle high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of leaves in the database
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience required
- Call Center experience preferred
- Employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration a plus
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
