FMV Analyst Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time salaried FMV Analyst Team Lead will provide remote analysis and support for Special Operations Forces by managing the exploitation and dissemination of GEOINT data, ensuring compliance with operational standards and quality control processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a shift of analysts performing FMV Analyst duties, ensuring error-free production and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform near real-time observation, analysis, and reporting of GEOINT data in accordance with established standards
- Coordinate with foreign counterparts and intelligence organizations to support combined ISR missions and produce analytical products
Required qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of operational and tactical intelligence experience, including targeting and geospatial systems
- At least 10 years of hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience
- Demonstrated deployed experience supporting SOF in Africa
- Experience leading a team of analysts and providing direct analytical support to deployed SOF elements
- Expert understanding of intelligence tools and Motion Imagery PED software
