FMV Analyst Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time salaried FMV Analyst Team Lead will provide remote support for Special Operations Forces by managing the processing, exploitation, and dissemination of GEOINT data, ensuring compliance with operational standards and quality control.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a shift of analysts, ensuring error-free production and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform near real-time analysis and reporting of GEOINT data while coordinating with foreign counterparts and intelligence organizations
- Develop and deliver intelligence assessments and products to support deployed SOF operations and targeting efforts
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in operational and tactical intelligence, with 10 years in IMINT and/or FMV analysis
- Demonstrated experience supporting SOF in forward locations, particularly in Africa
- Ability to lead a team and provide analytical support for Counter Terrorism operations
- Expertise in intelligence tools and Motion Imagery PED software
- Proven capability in developing and presenting all-source intelligence products to senior leaders
