Follow-up and Denial Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Follow up and Denial Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting third-party payors and patients
• Document account activities and maintain productivity goals while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Assist with special projects and communicate findings to improve revenue cycle processes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred
• 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various system applications
• Intermediate knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid collections
• Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
