Job Summary

A company is looking for a Follow Up Associate II to investigate underpaid claims and provide solutions in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and examine underpayments/denials using knowledge of fee schedules, contracts, and billing
Work closely with third party payers to resolve underpayments
Identify profile updates needed when discrepancies in payments are identified

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of healthcare back-end revenue cycle experience (AR Follow-up and Denials)
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare industry and claims billing
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and insurance plan administrators
Ability to work successfully in a team setting
