Job Summary

A company is looking for a Follow Up Associate II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigates and examines denial accounts, resolves issues, and provides feedback
• Works with third party payers to resolve unpaid claims
• Conducts research analysis and assists with complex decision making

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
• Extensive knowledge of EOBs, contracts, and health insurance industry
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team setting
