Job Summary
Overseeing the operations of the Follow Up team, the full-time remote Follow Up Manager will identify opportunities for process improvement, manage accounts receivable across multiple specialties, and collaborate closely with team leads and the VP of Revenue Cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple specialties, including ER/Urgent Care, Pain/Anesthesia, and Geriatrics
- Implement process changes, coordinate training, and guide team leads in resolving issues
- Monitor accounts receivable, focusing on claims over 60 days old and resolving trending issues
Required qualifications:
- Experience in all aspects of revenue cycle management
- Prior leadership experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of billing and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
