Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Follow Up Specialist will manage logistics for fleet operations, handle inbound and outbound customer calls, and ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and accurately gather customer requirements during initial interactions
  • Ensure timely communication of billing information and handle estimates promptly
  • Make outbound calls to provide updates and collaborate with the roadside dispatcher as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Preferred degree in a related discipline or industry experience
