Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Follow Up Team Lead will oversee the Follow Up team, manage daily workflows, and collaborate with Follow Up Managers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage team operations, including monitoring productivity and conducting training for new and existing employees
  • Oversee workflow management by monitoring aging claims, ensuring production goals are met, and resolving AR issues
  • Report directly to Follow Up Managers, alerting them to critical issues and processing appeals on denied claims
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Follow-Up
  • Experience with Professional CMS 1500 Billing and various billing systems
  • Knowledge of billing requirements for multiple states and familiarity with commercial and government payers
  • Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities
