Job Summary
Leading a remote team of 10-12 Account Managers, the full-time Food and Beverage Account Manager will drive growth and retention efforts for SMB clients, focusing on revenue expansion, software adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team to achieve measurable outcomes in upsell and retention
- Conduct structured 1:1s and pipeline reviews to enhance team performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address merchant insights and improve customer experience
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Marketing
- 3-5 years of direct people management experience in a performance-driven environment
- Experience working with SMB or Mid-Market Food and Beverage businesses
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and retention goals
- Strong coaching skills with a demonstrated ability to enhance team performance
