Job Summary
To support the growth of diverse food and beverage businesses, the full-time Food and Beverage Account Manager will manage a multi-million dollar customer base, providing tailored guidance and innovative solutions while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and retain a multi-million dollar customer base by understanding client needs and achieving their business goals
- Cross-sell and upsell products by identifying customer needs and addressing concerns effectively
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure optimal customer experiences across all aspects of Square
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field
- Proven track record in discovering and closing sales opportunities while building strong client relationships
- Experience managing a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Passion and knowledge about how new technologies can benefit small and medium-sized businesses
- Experience within the Food and Beverage industry is preferred
