Job Summary

A company is looking for a Food and Beverage Course Writer/SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Revise and update existing regulated training courses for Alcohol Seller/Server, Food Handler, Food Manager, and HACCP
• Ensure all course content aligns with current state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing or revising regulated food and beverage training courses
• Strong knowledge of Alcohol Seller/Server laws, food safety regulations, and HACCP standards
• Ability to interpret and document regulatory language accurately
• Familiarity with compliance-driven instructional design
• Experience working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in food and beverage compliance preferred
