Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Account Manager, Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a multi-million dollar customer base
• Understand customer needs in the Food and Beverage sector to help achieve their business goals
• Cross sell and upsell products while addressing customer concerns and issues strategically

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field
• Proven track record in discovering and closing sales opportunities
• Experience managing a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Passion and knowledge about how new technologies serve small and medium-sized businesses
• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred
