Job Summary
Owning and growing a portfolio of SMB Food & Beverage merchants, the full-time Account Manager will provide tailored guidance and support to help clients thrive with Square, advocating for their needs and driving product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with SMB Food & Beverage clients, ensuring successful adoption of Square tools
- Drive growth through upselling and value-based recommendations while balancing proactive outreach and retention activities
- Act as the voice of merchants within Square, advocating for their needs and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of discovering and closing sales opportunities while building strong client relationships
- Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Passion and knowledge about how new technologies can benefit small and medium-sized businesses
- Experience within the Food and Beverage industry is preferred
