Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the remote Food & Beverage Automation Manager will guide complex automation projects from concept through startup, build and develop a high-performing team, and improve efficiency and production performance for leading manufacturers in the Food & Beverage sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a world-class automation team to support company growth
- Oversee key Food & Beverage automation projects from design through commissioning and production support
- Drive continuous improvement through standardization, process refinement, and automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 15+ years of technical experience, including 7+ years in industrial automation
- 3+ years of leadership experience with accountability for team performance
- Proven experience delivering automation solutions in Food & Beverage manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of batch process automation and ISA-88 methodologies
