Food & Beverage Management Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Trainee in Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, speakeasy, banquets, and in-room dining
• Support daily operations to deliver personalized guest experiences and uphold brand standards
• Participate in training initiatives and develop leadership skills within a union environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations strongly preferred
• Internship or supervisory experience in a luxury or upscale environment is an asset
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
