Food Price Coding Research Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Food Price Coding Research Assistant (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with food price data from schools to identify food items and extract corresponding price, unit, and amount information
• Follow and consistently apply standardized coding guidelines
• Attend and complete all scheduled training sessions for the project

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or prior experience in food service or nutrition research (preferred degrees in nutrition, dietetics, or related field)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with navigating online systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Prior experience with data entry and food coding preferred
