Food Production Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of large-scale food safety audit programs, the full-time remote Food Production Project Manager will ensure timely delivery, manage workflows, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of food safety audit programs, ensuring alignment with requirements and service levels
• Manage end-to-end workflows, proactively addressing delays and maintaining accurate reporting on program performance
• Act as the primary point of escalation for operational and client-related issues, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
