Key Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments on products to develop new ingredient technology for sugar and sodium reduction
• Perform bench top and pilot plant trials to optimize formulations and processes
• Conduct sensory testing and coordinate evaluations of prototypes and ingredients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in food science or a related field
• Knowledge of ingredient technology and formulation processes
• Ability to conduct functional evaluations and sensory testing
• Familiarity with shelf-life and stability evaluations
• Experience in collaborating with R&D and quality teams
