Job Summary

A company is looking for a Food Safety and Handling Subject Matter Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an internal audit of the Client Global Culinary program
• Apply industry best practices related to food safety and handling
• Work approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility based on project needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 15+ years of industry experience in food safety and handling
• Current working knowledge of food safety best practices
• Relevant certification such as ServSafe Food Handler Certification, CFPM Certificate, or ISO 22000
• Experience working with or at a large corporate cafeteria
