A company is looking for a Food Safety and Handling Subject Matter Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an internal audit of the Client Global Culinary program
• Utilize expertise in food safety and handling to ensure compliance with industry best practices
• Collaborate with the client to assess and improve food safety measures in a corporate cafeteria setting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 15+ years of industry experience in food safety and handling
• Current working knowledge of industry best practices related to food safety
• Relevant certification such as ServSafe Food Handler Certification, CFPM Certificate, or ISO 22000
• Experience working with or at a large corporate cafeteria
