Job Summary
A company is looking for a Food/Beverage Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate ingredient specifications and documentation to meet FDA standards
- Lead projects related to ingredient updates, cost savings, and production challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in food/beverage R&D or Quality roles
- Experience with raw materials and their application in beverages
- Familiarity with SOP development and record-keeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
