Job Summary

A company is looking for a Food/Beverage Scientist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate ingredient specifications and documentation to meet FDA standards
  • Lead projects related to ingredient updates, cost savings, and production challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in food/beverage R&D or Quality roles
  • Experience with raw materials and their application in beverages
  • Familiarity with SOP development and record-keeping
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
