Job Summary
To support the development of an AI system for food preparation and serving software, the full-time temporary Knowledge Expert will perform and document real-world tasks using various POS and restaurant management applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform, record, and document end-to-end tasks in food preparation and serving software
- Break down complex workflows into clear, step-by-step actions and create realistic task scenarios
- Review and evaluate agent-generated actions for correctness and provide structured feedback for model improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficient hands-on experience with food preparation and serving software applications
- Professional or academic background in the software's domain
- Experience with data annotation, QA, or task-based evaluation work
- Ability to complete tasks independently without external help
