Job Summary

A company is looking for a Footwear Product Test Engineer to support performance testing efforts for athletic footwear.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute field testing programs specific to athletic footwear, focusing on tennis
• Recruit and maintain relationships with testers, ensuring effective communication and feedback
• Analyze test data and summarize feedback into clear reports for product teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 2 years of experience in footwear testing, product development, marketing, retail, or customer engagement
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for regional travel
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs
