Forecast Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forecaster to manage work streams and resources related to appointment offerings and forecast models for the Network workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Create statistical forecasts using the Forecasting Tool to predict employee resources and meet customer demand
• Gather, analyze, and validate data while executing statistical modeling
• Facilitate collaborative planning processes to achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TEAMS
• Experience in a multi-tasking, result-oriented position within a deadline-focused environment
• Ability to work consultatively with others and establish rapport
