Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forecasting Analyst to join their team and enhance call center operations through analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to identify business issues and recommend strategic action plans
  • Develop analytical tools and models for strategic business planning and forecasting
  • Measure and report on forecasting accuracy and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or relevant technical certification, or two years of relevant work experience (Required)
  • 5 years of forecasting or analytic experience (Required)
  • 5 years of workforce management experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience with Workforce Management software and/or in the healthcare field
  • Experience in long-term forecasting
