Forecasting Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing health research initiative, the full-time remote Forecasting Analyst will analyze past study data and utilize emerging technologies to deliver accurate participant recruitment forecasts and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Forecast participant eligibility and recruitment using historical data and AI tools
• Organize and analyze medical research data to create accessible systems for team reference
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance data analysis skills and improve forecasting processes

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in analytics and forecasting methods
• Familiarity with AI-driven research tools for data analysis
• Strong foundation in statistics and probability concepts
• Proficiency in Excel, including formula creation and pivot table development; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization
