Job Summary
A company is looking for a Forecasting and Scheduling Specialist (2nd Shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Create, communicate, and track schedules and call statistics for Contact Center associates
- Analyze call volume using Workforce Management software to project staffing needs and create schedules
- Prepare reports on scheduled and unscheduled time off and manage personnel transaction records
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Four to five years of experience in a fast-paced telephone/dispatch operation center
- Experience with sophisticated scheduling software
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Able to work overtime when necessary
