Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forecasting and Scheduling Specialist (2nd Shift).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, communicate, and track schedules and call statistics for Contact Center associates
  • Analyze call volume using Workforce Management software to project staffing needs and create schedules
  • Prepare reports on scheduled and unscheduled time off and manage personnel transaction records
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Four to five years of experience in a fast-paced telephone/dispatch operation center
  • Experience with sophisticated scheduling software
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Able to work overtime when necessary
