Forecasting and Trend Analytics Director

Job Summary

Seeking a Forecasting and Trend Analytics Director, the remote role will manage the development and execution of drug spend forecasting models, collaborate with senior executives and key clients, and translate complex data into actionable insights to optimize healthcare expenditures.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and execution of forward-looking drug spend forecasting models
• Partner with the Clinical Strategy team to translate pharmacy market events into quantitative financial models
• Direct the creation of external trend reports showcasing market expectations and cost-containment efficacy

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytical, forecasting, financial, actuarial, or strategy roles, with 3+ years in healthcare or pharmacy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Strong familiarity with pharmacy industry dynamics and major market events
• Prior experience in finance or consulting is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills for communicating trend expectations to diverse audiences
