Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time salaried Forecasting Lead will manage the production of demand forecasts for Customer Operations, oversee budget creation, and enhance forecasting accuracy while working in a hybrid environment based in Nottingham.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in producing operational forecasts and managing back office operations forecasts
• Collaborate with Finance to create operations budgets and refresh outlooks based on future volume demand
• Engage stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and communicate capacity plan outputs effectively

Required qualifications

• Experience in producing forecasts in an operational environment under deadlines
• Proficiency in complex Excel-based models for continuous improvement
• Experience in coaching and managing a small team
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide compelling advice based on planning data and insights
