Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in operations analysis, performance management, and time entry for customer service
- Prepare and analyze operational statistics to manage customer service programs in line with corporate goals
- Conduct regular meetings with Customer Care Supervisors to ensure communication and achievement of departmental objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Strong expertise in contact center analytics
- Ability to interpret trends and guide data-driven decisions
- Experience in planning and developing customer service strategies
