Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in operations analysis, performance management, and time entry for customer service
  • Prepare and analyze operational statistics to manage customer service programs in line with corporate goals
  • Conduct regular meetings with Customer Care Supervisors to ensure communication and achievement of departmental objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong expertise in contact center analytics
  • Ability to interpret trends and guide data-driven decisions
  • Experience in planning and developing customer service strategies
