Foreclosure Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Default Analyst - Foreclosure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate completion of foreclosure tracking steps
• Communicate with assigned attorneys/trustees regarding delays and inquiries
• Manage the system of record and vendor tracking software for foreclosure notifications and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end foreclosure experience in the mortgage/banking space
• Keen understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes
• Full understanding of GSE and Government FHA/VA regulations and guidelines
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent
