Job Summary
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Assistant II to provide administrative support to the Default Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable duties, including fees/cost requests, invoices, and payoff requests
- Prepare audit folders and assemble required documents at the conclusion of the foreclosure process
- Perform internet research for utilities and HOAs, and manage corresponding payments and account transfers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least two years of experience in an administrative role in the consumer mortgage industry
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience with document retention software preferred
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle tasks independently
