Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents related to foreclosure cases
• Manage a high volume of foreclosure, eviction, and collections cases, coordinating with various parties involved
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain accurate case files through internal audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
• Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in creditors' rights
• Proficiency in legal research and case management systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
