Foreclosure Paralegal

Job Summary

To support the pre-foreclosure process, the remote Foreclosure Paralegal will manage document reviews, ensure compliance with legal standards, and communicate effectively with attorneys and clients while working in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly review and confirm loan origination and financial documents for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of documentation
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, state laws, and federal regulations while escalating issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or Paralegal Certificate
• 5+ years of experience in default law
• Strong knowledge of the AP foreclosure process and understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes
• Previous experience in the default industry
• Analytical document review capabilities
