Foreclosure Performance Specialist

Job Summary

Ensuring alignment on deadlines and performance expectations, the full-time remote Foreclosure Performance Specialist will serve as the primary liaison for attorney firms, monitor vendor performance, and coordinate with internal departments to support the foreclosure process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for attorney firms regarding foreclosure processes and procedural changes
• Conduct performance calls with attorney firms to review results, discuss issues, and reinforce expectations
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of foreclosure tasks

Required qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required
• 2-5 years' experience in foreclosure preferred
• 2 years' experience in compliance, with a focus on foreclosure compliance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of BKFS
