Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist to support homeowners and manage default servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Homeowners in default status
• Review property status reports and conduct initial due diligence on default events
• Maintain accurate data entry and compliance with state and federal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, loan post-closing, or default servicing
• Experience with mortgage and default documents
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment
• Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
