Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the foreclosure process for an assigned portfolio, ensuring timely completion in accordance with investor guidelines
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve delays and issues, and provide status updates to investors
• Generate reports and ensure compliance with investor deadlines and internal control standards

Required Qualifications

• A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in Default Servicing
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in collections, REO, or loss mitigation preferred
• Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
• Experience with legal documents related to foreclosure processes
