Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Foreclose III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage past due and standard foreclosure cases, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
• Prepare complex reports and provide status updates to management regarding foreclosure issues
• Act as a liaison between the company and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate foreclosure processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of related experience or training, with 7+ years of knowledge in foreclosure laws and terminology
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Fiserv/Loanserv and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with RESPA, FDCPA, and federal/state laws related to legal processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret business regulations and prepare reports
