Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Foreclose III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage past due and approaching standard foreclosure cases, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
• Prepare complex reports and provide management with status updates on foreclosure issues
• Act as a liaison between the company and outside counsel to ensure accurate completion of the foreclosure process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in foreclosure processes
• 7+ years of working knowledge of foreclosure laws and terminology
• Familiarity with mortgage banking and related federal and state laws
• Proficiency in software such as Fiserv/Loanserv and Microsoft Word
