Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II to manage the foreclosure process for mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the foreclosure action from referral to post-foreclosure, managing issues and necessary reviews
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve delays and issues related to contested actions and title
• Generate reports for foreclosure activities and ensure compliance with investor deadlines

Required Qualifications

• A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 1 year in Default Servicing
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience in Default Servicing related fields is preferred
• Understanding of mortgage products and legal document comprehension
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
