Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist who will manage foreclosure processes and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings and ensure compliance with investor guidelines
• Prepare and execute necessary documents, manage eviction processes, and handle property preservation tasks
• Monitor claims submissions and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
• Three or more years of work experience in mortgage foreclosure processing, with at least one year in FHA foreclosures
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with document retention software is preferred
