Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline to ensure timely loan resolution through various methods
• Monitor and manage attorney performance and oversee legal proceedings
• Collaborate with sub-servicers, vendors, and other teams to maintain business relationships

Required Qualifications

• Preferred 4 years of mortgage experience in a default-servicing role
• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle and default servicing processes
• Broad knowledge of real estate transaction methods
• Knowledge of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Litigation, Deed-in-Lieu, and REO processes preferred
