Foreclosure Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II to manage foreclosure issues and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute financial foreclosure documents in accordance with Federal Compliance standards
• Provide management with status updates and ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines
• Support internal staff with inquiries regarding foreclosure loans and make recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage default servicing
• Knowledge of mortgage banking and familiarity with relevant federal and state laws
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and best servicing practices
• PC skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and mortgage software applications
