Foreclosure Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II to manage foreclosure issues and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute financial foreclosure documents in accordance with Federal Compliance standards
• Calculate bidding instructions for nationwide foreclosure sales and prepare loans for sheriff's sale
• Provide management with status updates and ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred in a related field
• 2-5 years of foreclosure or mortgage default related experience preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage banking and federal/state laws related to foreclosure processes
• Experience with mortgage loan documentation and servicing practices
• Proficiency in PC applications, including advanced Word and Excel skills
